Model PKD

Liquid sensor which thoroughly pursues simple model, simple system, and low cost.

  • The diaphragm at the center of flange detects liquid pressure proportional to the liquid level. The semiconductor pressure transducer converts liquid pressure into current signal, and output 4 to 20mA DC.Features of Model PKDLow cost by simplified performance and function.

  • Output signal: 4 to 20mA DC (Two wire system).

  • Flat face avoid residual liquid.

  • Achieve weight saving by using plastic flange material.

  • No need a jig of sensor support for installing to FRP tank.

  • Wide variety of flange material to suite medium.

  • Plastic flange for waste water or chemical tank, etc.: PP / PVC / CPVC.

  • Metal flange for purified water, etc.: 304SS / 316SS.

  • No need Teflon film sheet due to the plastic flange of high corrosive resistance.

  • Possible to cut down the total cost.

  • No need a jig of sensor support and Teflon film sheet.

  • Improvement of work-ability at site.

  • Possible to measure without adjustment and setting.

  • Possible to set a measuring range before shipment.

  • Measuring range: 0 to 4m / 0 to 10m.
